Help, FAQs and Care Guides
Everything your bunch needs to last the full week and then some.
Every Flower Club order arrives with a care card and two sachets of flower food, but the routine is simple: trim two centimetres off each stem at an angle, use a clean vase, add the food, and keep the bunch out of direct sun and away from the fruit bowl.
Refresh the water every two days and your stems will comfortably see out our 7 Day Freshness Guarantee. Dried ranges are even easier, no water, no sun, an occasional dust.
Stuck with anything else, an order, an address change, a plant that is sulking? The answers below cover the common ones, and the team is one message away.
FAQ
How long will my bouquet last?
Seven days or more with the care card routine. Some stems, like chrysanthemums and lisianthus, will happily go past two weeks.
Can I change my order or address?
Yes, up until the morning we cut it. Contact us before 8am on your delivery day and we will sort it.
My plant looks unhappy. What now?
Nine times out of ten it is watering. Check the soil first: bone dry means a good soak, soggy means let it dry out. Send us a photo if it does not perk up within a week.
Are your flowers sustainably grown?
We buy British in season and from accredited Dutch growers the rest of the year, wrap in kraft paper, and never use floral foam.
