Not thrilled with your bunch? We resend or refund, no quibbles.
Flowers are living things, so returns work a little differently here. If your stems arrive damaged, tired or just not what you ordered, tell us within 48 hours with a photo and we will send a replacement bunch or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
Every bunch also carries our 7 Day Freshness Guarantee. Follow the care card and if it fades inside a week, the next one is on us.
Vases, pots and gift items can be returned unused within 30 days for a full refund. Email us and we will arrange a collection or a freepost label.
Refund Questions
How long do refunds take?
We process refunds the day we agree them. Your bank usually shows the money within 3 to 5 working days.
Do I need to send the flowers back?
Never. A quick photo is all we need, keep or compost the stems.
