The ground rules for shopping with Flower Club.
Flower Club is a UK registered company. All prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT. A contract forms when we confirm your order by email, and we cut, condition and tie your stems the morning they ship.
Flowers are a natural product. Stem varieties can vary with the season and the market; where a substitution is needed we match the style, palette and value of what you ordered, or better.
Delivery promises depend on your postcode and our daily cut-off times, as set out on the Delivery Information page. Damaged or unsatisfactory orders are covered by our resend-or-refund promise on the Returns page.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights. If anything here is unclear, contact us and a human will explain it properly.
