Privacy Policy
The short version: we collect what we need to deliver flowers, and nothing more.
When you place an order we collect your name, contact details, delivery address and payment information. We use them to take payment, deliver your order, send service updates and, only if you opt in, the occasional offer email you can leave with one click.
Payments are processed by Stripe; your card details never touch our servers. Delivery details are shared with our couriers solely to fulfil your order. We do not sell or rent personal data to anyone.
We keep order records for as long as tax law requires, then delete them. You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction or a deletion at any time by emailing hello@flowerclub.example.
Cookies on this site keep your basket working and help us understand which pages are useful. You can block them in your browser without losing the ability to order.
